Company

Here at BFBH, we accept individuals at whatever stage they are in life or phase of addiction. We offer a wide range of services to meet the need of our clients. BFBH has a diverse staff that possesses a vast amount of knowledge, skills, and abilities. Our staff has held positions within the military, the federal government, foster care, therapeutic treatment foster care, outpatient treatment center, and group homes. These past associations give us access to the many resources available to help clients through this process. Furthermore, BFBH staff also has the compassion and understanding necessary to help clients successfully complete their treatment programs. Staff will assist individuals in establishing or rebuilding a solid foundation for daily living. 

Founder

Building Foundations Behavioral Health (BFBH) LLC was established in 2022 by Tyrreia Hurt. She is a native of Florida; however, she has lived in several states due to her military association. Mrs. Hurt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She has worked in the accounting profession for over twenty years, and is currently obtaining her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. After graduation, Mrs. Hurt plans to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Mrs. Hurt has four children and loves to read, travel, and attend her children's athletic events.  Mrs. Hurt's passion and love for helping people in need motivated her to establish BFBH. She believes that everyone can change their situation by first changing their mind.
